RECASAS is for people who have experienced difficult life experiences, feel stuck, are exhausted, or are looking for new ways to engage with what accompanies them.

Our programs are group-based and offered in German and English, both in person and online. We work with language, reading, writing, and shared exchange.

RECASAS is not a therapeutic service. We do not offer one-on-one conversations, counseling, or treatment. Participation is voluntary. You decide how much you share—and when.

You are welcome, just as you are.
