MONEY PENALTIES

MONEY PENALTIES AND FINES  (Gldauflagen und Bußgelder)

As a judge or prosecutor, you can contribute to the opening of our first meeting place in Berlin, where people facing mental challenges can meet like-minded individuals every day and engage in activities such as cooking, making music, watching films, and pursuing self-improvement in a self-determined manner. By providing a daily point of contact for people in difficult times, we can prevent invasive and life-changing hospitalizations and also contribute to suicide prevention, thereby relieving the healthcare system sustainably.

Our services are free so that we can offer equal access to economic resources to the poor and vulnerable.

Our unique selling point is that we preferentially offer most of the jobs (including leadership positions) to individuals who have experienced crises. A new quality of support emerges that is non-stigmatizing when assistance is offered by those who have experienced similar challenges.

By directing money penalties from closed investigations and court proceedings to RECASAS gGmbH, you are helping us provide people with the opportunity to experience community and break out of isolation caused by stigmatization and crisis experiences.

We aim to build a community where people don’t just seek support from us temporarily but one in which they want to be actively involved throughout their lives.

Upon request, we can provide pre-printed payment slips for the money penalties assigned by you.
