Creative & Mindful Writing Group<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Creative Writing Group Through writing, we can reshape the stories of our lives, and find paths of healing and growth. In this group, we are supported by the power of words and the warmth of community. Ingrid E. Johnson, our empathic facilitator, found pathways out of crisis times through writing, a source of self-discovery and renewal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In our group, we use mindfulness and creative impulses to discover our stories.
\nEverything remains confidential.<\/p>\n

You can share your thoughts or just listen.<\/p>\n

Our fascilitator, Ingrid e Johnson, a German-American, has encountered several crisis situations in her life, but through writing and literature, she always found a way out. Learn more about Ingrid here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Before the Writing group, we warmly invite you to join our Shared Reading group<\/a>. For the break from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM and the wind-down from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, you are welcome to bring food.<\/p>\n
